TLLGC LOCAL RULES
OUT OF BOUNDS
Homeowner's fences, maintenance yard walls and public roads define the course boundary. A ball, which crosses a public road and comes to rest beyond that road, is out of bounds even though it may come to rest on another part of the course. A ball coming to rest over the green and behind the cart path on holes 5, 6, 7 & 18 is out of bounds.
IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS
Concrete water housings, block or rock retaining walls and concrete drainage channels are all considered immovable obstructions. Drop within one club length, no nearer the hole; NO PENALTY. The drop from the concrete drainage channels is from point of entry; NO PENALTY.
LATERAL HAZARDS
Bushes on right side of Hole, 2 & 5; left side of Holes 1, 2, 8, 9, 12, 15, 16, 17 & 18: Play as lateral hazard, two club lengths from point of entry, one (1) penalty stroke or replay from original spot, one (1) penalty stroke.
WATER HAZARDS
The water in front of the green on holes 5, 8 and 18 – red lines have been painted around all water; play as lateral hazard even if red lines are faded or not present.
TELEPHONE POLES AND WIRES HOLE #4
No relief, same as if you were behind a tree.
BARE DIRT SPOTS – PLAY AS GROUND UNDER REPAIR
Free relief, no closer to the hole, one club length. Tried to put white lines around all the bare dirt spots to help with this,
SPRINKLER HEADS AROUND GREENS
If your ball is on a sprinkler head, you get free relief, no nearer the hole. If the sprinkler head is in your line, free relief at nearest point, no closer to the hole.
