The SSGC Board has approved a cancellation policy for club events. If any player cancels a club event at any City course within five days of the event, said player will be responsible for payment of green fees if the City course charges us for “no shows” or cancellations. If cancellation fees are not paid by a player, that player may not participate in our club events until said payment is made.

Any player who cancels any of our “away” events will be responsible for payment of any charges that the club pays for said cancellation.
