THERE IS NO COST TO JOIN THE GEORGE VON ELM MEMORIAL CLUB PLAYER ROSTER

YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER TO BECOME CLUB PLAYER, THEN PAY FOR TOURNAMENT LATER

1.  Please complete all the fields below to become a CLUB PLAYER for this tournament.  

2.  NO FEE to join the George Von Elm Memorial Tournament membership.

3.  There is a $150 fee to play in the tournament after CLUB PLAYER membership is processed and activated.

4.  CLUB PLAYER memership is activated after the Tournament Committee has reviewed your handicap record to confirm and established handicap for eligibilty.

5.  We will email confirmation within 24 hours of submission with the link to pay for the two-day tournament.

NOTE:  If you plan to play with another golfer (twosome - foursome), you may also enter their complete player profile(s) after you submit your New Member Form or they may complete it independently from their own system.  We maintain confidential records and do not distribute tournament membership to third parties for any reason.

You have the option to pay for all other golfers in your group or just for yourself individually after all golfers have become Club Players.  Additional instructions will follow at that time with how to ensure your group plays together when paying separate.
