August 25, 2018 saw twenty-four (24) Tee 2 Green members and guests meet at the 1st tee of El Dorado Park Golf Course in Long Beach, CA. A first time Tee 2 Green guest, Sean Bukowski reigned supreme as the winner of the tournament with a gross score of 87 and net score of 67. Since Tee 2 Green Club By-Laws prohibit tournament guests from participating in tournament Low Net side games, the second place tournament player, Daryl Holt, who is a Tee 2 Green club member was crowned the club tournament champion and received the coveted Tee 2 Green Tournament Trophy with a gross score of 82 and net score of 68. Third place went to Greg Griffin with a gross score of 95 and a net score of 70.
The Billy Bragg Player of the Year race after the 4th Tournament of 2018, has John Coleman with 24 points and maintaining a two(2) point lead over Daryl Holt with 22 points. Greg Griffin and James McIntyre are following closely with 21 points each. The POTY race is beginning to heat up with two tournaments remaining in 2018 and eight (8) players within ten (10) points of the lead held by John Coleman.
