Minutes of 1/26/2017 meeting approved.
FINANCIAL REPORT: Bal Fwd as of 1/26/2017 - $4,108.27. Deposits-$190.00 Membership renewal; Expenses:$400.00 Club Championship ; $185.00 Web site fee. Ending bal. $3,713.22.
TREASUER REPORT: Checking $,3716.22; Savings $727.24.
MEMBERSHIP: 46 Members to date. Donald Conkrite to send membership data to Susan Henderson.
HANDICAP: Donald Conkrite attended Rules Seminar by SCGA. He will acquire the new Rule Book for 2017.
SCGA. No report. Need to send email to represntative to attend SCGA meetings and report back to membershiip.
TOURNAMENT: Next one on 2/20/2017@ 7:30am Chester Washngton Golf Club. March tournament is on 3/18/2017 at Shorecliff Golf Club. 19 members have indicated an intent to play. All contracts for away tournament have been acquired and executed. Member/Guest tornament for 5/15/2017. Site to be determined.
OLD BUSINESS: Discussion to change club colors to Black and White. Donna Burley has been in contact with her nephew who has a business of supplying shirts and caps. Can get items at cost for club-$32.00 with logo. We want to submit one large order by March 16.
NEW BUSINESS: I want to get infsormation on the club's history for the web site. Long time members will get that information to me.
