I hereby submit my application for membership in the Penmar Golf Club, subjest to acceptance by the Board of Directors. Enclosed are the approprate fees to cover membership throught end of this annual season. I agree to abide by the rules of golf and those set forth in the Club's Constitution and Bylaws. Regular Membership: $55.00 Plus $3.00 Admin Fee.
