SB&R GENERAL INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS:

Mail entries to the appropriate representative between the 1st and 8th of the month for that month's tournament.  December entries to be mailed between November 1st and 8th.

Make check out to SB&R WGA and enclose the entry sheet for that month.

PLAYER CANCELLATION:

The individual member must make cancellations to the host representative.  There will be no refund for cancellations made in less than 48 hours of Tournament tee time.  All money that does not have to be paid to the host club may be refunded.  Illness and emergency refunds to be at the discretion of Host Representative.

SCORECARDS AND POSTING OF SCORES

Each scorecard will have score posted hole by hole.  Only gross and net score will be accepted on a card.  Anything else, such as putts or adjusted score, will result in disqualification.

Each scorecard must be signed and attested (2 signatures).  Master card must be attested with 4 signatures.

Posting of score by individual is required either at hosting club or on your home computer.  Do not post Tournament.

Turn scorecard in to scoring committee immediately upon completion of game.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The fourth Thursday of the month is designated as S.B.&R. play day.
The "No Frills" Tournament is held on the October play day.  Money month 
There is no play day in November.
The End-of-Year Awards Tournament is held on the first (1st) Thursday in December.  Checks for this tournament are due between the 1st and 8th day of November.  The game will be Two Best Net Balls of the Foursome.
Members must play three (3) regular play days from January to September to be eligible to win in the October No-Frills Tournament.  Other members may play but not be eligible for prizes.
Cancelled tournaments will be counted as regular play days. 
PLEASE NOTE:  Out of respect and health reasons to some players, please no smoking in golf carts and step away from fellow players if you want to smoke.
